All payments made for services provided by eDial India, including but not limited to business listings, advertising packages, premium features, and any other services, are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

2. Service Subscription and Renewals

  • Subscription Fees:Fees paid for any subscription-based services, such as monthly or annual listings or advertising packages, are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. This applies to both new subscriptions and renewals.
  • Automatic Renewals: If you have subscribed to a recurring service, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled before the renewal date. Once the renewal payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

3. Advertising and Featured Listings

  • Non-Refundable Advertising Fees:Fees paid for advertising services, including banner ads, featured listings, and other promotional activities, are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the ad has been published.
  • Campaign Duration: Advertising campaigns and featured listings will run for the duration agreed upon at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for early termination or cancellation by the client.

4. Exceptions

  • Service Errors:In the rare case that a service error occurs on our part, such as incorrect listing details or non-delivery of the purchased service, we may, at our discretion, offer a correction or replacement of the service. Refunds will not be provided, but we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Billing Errors:If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue, and if an error is found on our part, we will correct it. However, this does not guarantee a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Voluntary Cancellation: You may choose to cancel your service at any time. However, any fees already paid for services, whether used or unused, will not be refunded.
  • Account Termination: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our terms of service, no refund will be provided for any remaining period of service.

6. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
